License for use of the console encryption system

ESCN (EXTRA SYSTEMS CYPHER NET) LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement governs the use of the source code (or any part of it) of the ESCN console encryption system, published on the website https://cyphernet.extrasystems.biz/.

1. Viewing and Studying

Anyone has the right to freely view, study, and analyze the ESCN source code for educational and research purposes.

2. Non-Commercial Use

Non-commercial use of the code is permitted for personal, educational, and academic purposes, provided that all copyright notices and links to the original source are preserved.

3. Commercial use

Any commercial use, including but not limited to:

- embedding in commercial products
- use in paid services
- creating derivative works for sale
- providing ESCN-based encryption services

requires PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION from Extra Systems.

4. Use in the Public and National Interests

Any use of ESCN in the public and national interests, including, but not limited to:

- use by state, municipal, or military agencies

requires PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION from Extra Systems.

5. Derivative Works

Creating modified versions of the code is permitted for personal use only. Any distribution of modified versions without the written permission of Extra Systems is prohibited.

6. No Warranties

The code is provided "AS IS", without any warranties.
